The Scanmetender Standard license

IMPORTANT: If you want to use Scanmetender Standard, you must agree to the conditions of this license. If you do not agree, please remove Scanmetender Standard from your comuter immediately!

1. Using Scanmetender Standard
Scanmetender Standard is Freeware. You are allowed to use it and to put it as a download on your own homepage without any warranty. But you are not allowed to change, to sell or to copy the software itself or parts of it. You are also not allowed to use Scanmetender Standard for illegal purposes. If you search for a port scanner for illegal use please remove Scanmetender Standard from your computer.

2. Disclaimer of liability
You use Scanmetender Standard at your own risk. Ian Levenfus and the LevenfusProducts project are not liable for any damages or data loss arising from use of Scanmetender.

3. Disclaimer of warranty
Scanmetender Standard is completely free, hence we do not offer any waranty for this product. The software is offered as-is. If you find any bugs, please be so kind to report them to LevenfusProducts. AGAIN: You use the software at your own risk, we are not liable for anything you do with the program.

4. Legal use
A port scanner is a program used to check your comuter for open ports. If you do so, it is completely legal. But if you try to connect computers in your network or other computers which do not belong to you, this is illegal, except you have a real permission from the owner. Connecting PCs which do not belong to you is punishable. It may cause a lot of problems for you. Therefore, please do not do such things and especially do not do such things with Scanmetender Standard. This is forbidden and of course neither Ian Levenfus nor the LevenfusProducts project are liable for any damages caused by your activities.

5. Translation
You are encouraged to translate Scanmetender Standard into other languages. Please be so kind, if you have translated Scanmetender into your language, send your language pack in the *.slp format to LevenfusProducts. It supports us. Thank you very much.

6. Putting Scanmetender Standard on your homepage
You are allowed to put Scanmetender Standard for donwload on your homepage without any registrations.
